Covid-19 Coverage Information Updated in August 2022

Indonesia, including Bali, currently has an outbreak of foot and mouth disease affecting animals. On the 23rd July 2022, The World Health Organization declared the global monkeypox outbreak a public health emergency of international concern (PHEIC). On the 28th July 2022, Australia’s Chief Medical Officer declared the increasing presence of monkeypox in the country a “communicable disease incident of national significance”.
