The following information is about our natural disaster policy in general and does not apply specifically to Mount Agung. You get unlimited medical cover for claims arising due to a natural disaster automatically, even without purchasing natural disaster cover.
However, if you don't add natural disaster cover, you are not covered for cancellations/cutting your trip short/emergency expenses or missed cruise departure unless you purchase our add-on coverage for natural disasters.
Even when purchasing natural disaster cover as an add on to your policy, you are only covered for disasters unforeseen to the public at the time of your purchase.
However, you are covered for medical expenses, regardless, due to a natural disaster, as long as medically necessary and an emergency.
