Pre-existing conditions are not covered unless declared and accepted by us. You need to disclose all conditions for which you take advice, treatments or medications in last 5 years. You can declare them through online or over the phone and depending on the response the screening is completed. Once we complete the screening, we can let you know if that is covered, not covered or covered with an extra cost.
We are not obligated to pay a claim relating to Pre-existing Medical Condition if you have a Basic or Budget cover.
