This promotion is provided Europ Assistance Australia Pty Ltd ABN: 71 140 219 594 (“Europ Assistance Australia”), trading as Tick Travel Insurance.
The “Tick Travel Insurance Canstar Cruise Competition” is subject to these Terms and Conditions, as set out below.
- This Promotion commences at 00:01am AEDT on 21/01/2026 and final entries close at 11:59pm AEDT on 11/02/2026 (“Promotional Period”).
- Entries are only valid if a current Tick Travel Insurance policy was purchased between the commencement and closing times of the Promotional Period based on Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEDT) ("Eligible Product").
- The draw will take place at 10am at Level 9, 35 Clarence Street Sydney, NSW, 2000 on 26th of February 2026. In the event that an invalid or ineligible entrant is drawn, Europ Assistance Australia may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order.
- Entry is only open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over.
- Eligible individuals are automatically entered into the competition on the purchase any Eligible Product during the Promotional Period.
- Only one (1) entry is permitted per Eligible Product purchased and a maximum of one (1) prize is available.
- Employees of Europ Assistance Australia (and their immediate families) and entities associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.
- If an entrant instructs cancellation of their travel insurance policy, their entry will immediately be removed from the competition, and they will no longer be eligible to win unless they purchase another Eligible Product during the Promotional Period.
- The winner(s) of the draw will be notified via phone call and email within two (2) business days of the draw to claim the prize, and their names may be published on Tick Travel Insurance's website or any relevant social media platform.
- Europ Assistance Australia‘s decision is final and is at Europ Assistance Australia’s discretion.
- In the event any prize(s) remains unclaimed within three (3) business days of the draw, a re-draw will take place at the following business day at Level 9, 35 Clarence Street Sydney, NSW, 2000. In the event that an invalid or ineligible entrant is drawn, Tick Travel Insurance may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order. The winner, if any, will be notified by email and phone call within two (2) business days of the unclaimed prize draw.
- The total value of the prize is AUD $2500.
- Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless specified otherwise.
- The prize will be in the form of a digital gift card valid at mycruises.com.au and will be generated online and emailed to the nominated email address of the winner.
- The electronic transfer of the prize will happen within 30 days of the draw subject to the correct email address details being supplied.
- In the event that an entrant wins the Prize, the entrant consents to Tick Travel Insurance using their name, photograph and/or video recording, in any media forum for as long as needed without remuneration. This helps us showcase the success of our Promotion and highlight the products and services we offer.
Tick Travel Insurance's Liability
- Tick Travel Insurance does not accept any liability for any harm, loss, or damage arising from participation in this competition.
- The governing law for this competition is the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
- If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Tick Travel Insurance, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, Tick Travel Insurance reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: a. to disqualify any entrant; or b. subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion or Prize, at its sole discretion.
- Tick Travel Insurance reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who Tick Travel Insurance has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process, engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct which jeopardises or is likely to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion.
- Tick Travel Insurance collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such data to relevant third parties involved in the Promotion, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers and prize suppliers. Any disclosure of personal information will be in accordance with the Tick Travel Insurance Privacy Policy which can be viewed at https://www.insureandgo.com.au/privacy-policy/. By purchasing the travel insurance policy you consent for your information to be disclosed for such purposes and to be provided direct marketing communication as described in 22 below.
- In accordance with the Tick Travel Insurance Privacy Policy, from time to time, we may use your contact details to send you direct marketing communications including offers, updates and newsletters that are relevant to the services we provide. We always give you the option of electing not to receive these communications in the future. You can unsubscribe by notifying us and we will no longer send these communications to you.
- All entries are handled by Tick Travel Insurance. If needed to run this Promotion, Tick Travel Insurance may share your information with partners outside of Australia, following our Privacy Policy. Your privacy matters to us, and we'll only do this when necessary.
- Tick Travel Insurance may use social media platforms such as Facebook and/or Instagram to advertise or promote the Promotion. This Tick Travel Insurance Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion should be directed to the Promoter and not Facebook or Instagram.
