How do you solve disputes?

If you have a complaint about any aspect of your relationship with us (including but not limited to claims, sales or privacy matters), please let us know so we can help address your concerns appropriately.

Your complaint may be forwarded to the customer service or claims team if your complaint is not about either:

  • A claim decision, or
  • The value of a claim settlement

In these circumstances, your complaint will be handled by the complaints team if an alternative team is not able to resolve the matter to your satisfaction within 5 business days.
