What do I do if I am not happy with my policy?

If this cover is not suitable for you and you want to cancel your policy you may return this insurance to us within 14 days of purchasing it, provided that you have not made a claim or exercised any other rights under the policy and your trip has not commenced. We will cancel the policy and give you a full refund of premium. Contact us by email at info@tickinsurance.com.au to cancel your policy. 

If you cancel after this 14 days period, provided that you have not made a claim or exercised any other rights under the policy, we will refund you a proportion of the premium for the outstanding period of cover less any government charges and taxes that we cannot recover.
