Am I covered for flight cancellations?

Our Budget, Standard, and Top level policies provide cancellation cover prior to departure due to reasons outlined in the PDS for pre-booked and pre-paid expenses. 

However, there is an exclusion under cancellation cover stating any costs paid to travel services providers (airline or cruise company) if the same travel service provider is responsible for the cancellation.
