Yes. At Tick Travel Insurance, we provide you with a 14 day cooling off period following any purchase. Assuming you have not made any claims or begun your trip, you can cancel your policy during this time and receive a refund.
If you cancel after this 14 days period, we will refund you a proportion of the premium for the outstanding period of cover less any government charges and taxes that we cannot recover.
To cancel your policy, contact us and quote your policy number.
